We have been recruiting Lawyers into the Channel Island markets of Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man for many years now, we work very closely with the market leading offshore firms and feel there is no better people to help you make the move.

We work in partnership with our clients to understand their business, getting to know exactly what they are looking for and what type of people will do well there.

That partnership is extended to those wishing to make the move offshore. We spend time getting to know you, finding out exactly what you are looking for in an offshore move, we will then advise, consult and facilitate the recruitment process and help with the practicalities of the move.

Having placed a high number of Solicitors into many of the firms on the Island, we can put you in touch with those who have made the move before you.

Interview & Selection Process
  • The interview process involves a number of stages and we will be here to guide you through each one.

  • There will be a mixture of online psychometric testing, written assessments, online video interviews and a visit to the Island.

Working in the Channel Islands
  • The work on offer is second to none. You will have the opportunity to work with the top Global Law Firms, US Law Firms and Private Equity Firms in the world.

  • Starting salaries, with the leading firms, can be double those in Scotland, with excellent bonuses.

  • Most firms will offer a relocation allowance, flights to the island, your first months accommodation, a housing licence and many other benefits and to top that all off your personal tax will be c22%

  • The majority of the vacancies tend to come up within the disciplines of Corporate, Banking & Finance, Funds, Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation.

  • Firms look for individuals who have good secondary schooling and university grades, coupled with ideally a seat in the area of law they are looking to recruit within or ability to demonstrate excellent transferrable skills and a desire to work in a chosen area.
